Over the years, my experience has taught me that continuous improvement is happiness.

The Incredible Power of Positive Thinking and Continuous Improvement

The journey of self-development and learning can lead to a more fulfilling and joyful life.

“Success is walking from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm.” – Winston Churchill

Leading with Purpose

To raise awareness for mental health, I coordinated a musical event featuring performances to collect donations that support the cause,

Mental Health: The Key to a Joyful Life

  • Spreading mental health awareness to the guests at the event.
  • The fundraiser supported the Mental Health Initiative organization.
  • Collected over $1500.

Music Heals: Playing Violin at the Event

  • Continued to improve and learn violin even without a teacher for help.
  • Created connections with teachers and students that helped me grow in the process of learning.
  • Performed the classical piece Csardas by Vittorio Monti.

Music Heals: Playing Tabla at the Event

  • Exposed community to a unique genre of Indian classical music.
  • I was able to use what I learned to help others learn about the tabla and create further connections.
  • I used my experience to teach a group of lower level students

From Ordinary to Extraordinary

The Event That Changed Everything

I could have been the USA karate national champion if I hadn’t let negative thoughts cloud my mind and lost the match in the final five seconds. Fortunately, I found another opportunity to regroup, channel positive energy, and ultimately secured the USA national bronze medal. This experience brought me clarity and purpose, leading me to pursue a deeper understanding of the mind so I can help others reach their full potential and find joy in their lives.

From Dedication to Victory: Winning Bronze at the USA Nationals

  • Spent 13 hours weekly in preparation for nationals.
  • Fought competitors from around the whole country.
  • Overcame feelings of fear and anxiety to maximize my performance.

Overcoming Challenges: The Moment I Felt Truly Proud

  • Qualified for USA National Karate Team.
  • Runner up for Pan American Games in South America.
  • I felt proud and accomplished to be able to represent our country in karate.

Resilience in Action: A Journey to Pride

  • 3X winner of the King of the Ring event at the Boston Open event.
  • I was able to use my success from past years to continue to improve and keep my title.
  • I felt a lot of pressure to perform as this was the last competition before nationals.
